Dr. Phillips Center's First Wedding

The Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts is a stunning venue. The Center opened in November of 2014 and Andrea and Mickey were the first couple to host their wedding reception there in December 2014. This award-nominated wedding was downright magical. Eventfully Yours did an amazing job as the day of planner and Weddings Unique did an amazing job putting the event together, and each magical moment was expertly captured by Root Weddings.

LeJeune Hair and Makeup Artistry made sure that the bride turned heads that day. Andrea and Mickey made the perfect couple, and after some fun photos and poses with the groomsmen and bridesmaids, the reception began in full swing.

The event was truly glorious. Our Gold Rim Chargers and Clear Chiavari Chairs were perfect for the blush and gold theme, while the small candles and beautiful pink floral arrangements created a beautiful, glowing atmosphere. The icing on top was, of course, the beautiful and very unique cake, with tiny dog figures, a little bee, and intricate honeycomb detailing.

Of course, a magical wedding calls for a magical exit, and that’s just what Andrea and Mickey got when they rode off in a horse-drawn carriage. The perfect beginning to a new life.
