Hilton Orlando: City Nights and Sparkling Lights

When you’ve been engaged for five years, you have a good sense of what you want your wedding to be like. Kristen and Anthony had taken their time to get it right. As a photographer herself, Kristen spent almost every weekend at weddings, gathering ideas and inspirations for her own special day. With the help of wedding planner, An Affair to Remember, the happy couple knew they wanted their wedding to match their personalities while highlighting some unique elements.

It was decided the wedding would be a fusion of their love for the night, the city, and traveling. With that in mind, they focused on a deep color palette that would reflect what they adore most. The reception was a scene out of a bustling, romantic night in the city. Kaleidoscope Event Lighting transformed the ballroom at the Hilton Orlando into captivating city nightlife, complete with eggplant purple up lighting, creating interest and drama on the walls.

Kristen and Anthony took their first dance on a dance floor that puts all others to shame. That’s A Wrap hand-painted a custom vinyl flooring wrap that swirled around deep tones of navy blue, deep purple, midnight black.

The tablescapes sure did bring the drama! Glistening candle votives circled around a towering floral tree centerpiece designed by Raining Roses, and our Black Deco Glass Chargers marked each place setting, while personalized menus sat delicately on top of them. Photographer Jason Mize did a spectacular job of capturing the sensational splendor of the evening.
